A Virtual VIBCO Visit™ (VVV) is how our experienced technical team gets a first-hand look at your vibrator application when our actual vans can’t physically be there. All you need to do is send a photo of the area. We will provide you with a report including step-by-step instructions making the installation process quick and easy. These reports include the original photo marked up with instructions for the proper mounting, vibrator model, and installation location.

“We have a long tradition of helping our customers select and properly mount our vibrators,” says Karl Wadensten, VIBCO President. “For years, we’ve had a fleet of sales and training vans travelling across the country. The VIBCO field team does a great job of getting out there and helping our customers. But the reality is that VIBCO products are sold all over the world, and we needed a better, faster way to personally help each and every one of our customers.”
So VIBCO found a way to do just that. They came up with a way to get a first hand look at a customer’s vibrator application and show them exactly how to install a new vibrator or how to improve upon an existing installation. VIBCO asks the customer to send a digital photo and a few key pieces of information – what material is being vibrated, how much it weighs, what type of power supply is available, etc.
“It’s great to be able to help our customers get the information they need quickly,” says Josh Sawtelle, the creator of the Virtual VIBCO Visit program. “Once we have a photo, we generally can get back to the customer within just a few hours. So far the feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive… they love the easy to read format and the fast turnaround!”
VIBCO Vibrators has long offered customers and end users 24-hour technical support assistance and will continue to do so. Offering no charge Virtual Van Visits is just one more way that VIBCO continues to set the standard for customer service excellence in the vibration industry. Other recent customer service enhancements include the extention of VIBCO’s regular customer service hours now from 7:30am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Time.
